The first month...

And a week later we've given up trying to feed her directly from the tap...exclusively pumping (ep) it is then.... So much easier!  

Daddy handles the night feeds and mommy is (somewhat) rested for the day times!!

Those first few weeks were exhausting for speck what with all the new faces to meet!!

Then yi po and ah yi (yi po not pictured!  Everyone's very sad!!)

Then my BIG and my jo ma

Then some chans

 And some Chens

And some Lis 

We went for walks...

Got her first Starbucks (via her bm of course!!)

And of course sleeping!!  Lots and lots of sleeping...

The ER at three days?

So this wobbly new person is actually comming home with us!  I can't believe the hospital is letting us take her home.  It's all so unreal!!  

Well she's in her bassinet...now what?  

Breast is best.  Whatever you're producing is enough for her.  Okay! Back to sleep.  Tummy sleeping increases sids.  Alright!  I've got this!

21 hrs and no wet diapers later.....

She hasn't peed in over 20 hrs?  You haven't supplemented with formula?  Your baby is starving!! Of course you should have supplemented!

And er visit, two Drs visits and several blood tests later we are all still alive!!

And 4 days later....

Happy 34th birthday mommy!!

I have no idea what I'm doing but this is gonna be one wild and crazy ride!!

I was born...

On September 30, 2014 at 5:21AM Speck was born.  That's her with her daddy below:

She entered the world as skeptical of everyone as the next

And these will be her adventures as she grows and matures.  There will be a bit of catching up!  But eventually we will be chronicaling her daily romps!
